This is the 3rd Pharmacy realized on behalf of the important company “My Clinic”.

The pharmacy is situated on a single floor adjacent to the clinic lobby. In accordance with the client’s guidelines, the space has been evenly divided between the retail area for front-end operations and the section designated for ancillary services, including IT items, controlled substances, and storage, dispensing, and preparation activities. Additionally, the Managing Director’s office has been strategically positioned near the outdoor entrance, featuring glass walls to oversee patient flows from both the lobby and the exterior.

We wanted to create something modern but with an Arabic soul up to the interior decorations, and in line with the tradition of My Clinic and its logo color palette (Light Sky, Sea Blue and Deep Blue).

The pharmacy merchandise was thoughtfully arranged around the seating area, which features sofas designed with blue fabric. Behind the prescription counters for medicine and health supplies, several minimalist wall-mounted units with aluminum posts and crystal glass shelves (model RAL 9) have been installed. The area surrounding the manager’s office has been designated for dental and orthodontic products.

The remaining wall-mounted units for other merchandise, such as skincare and vitamins & supplements, as well as additional dental and orthodontic offerings near the manager’s office, consist of more traditional cabinets (model RAL 6). The interiors of these cabinets reflect the blue hues associated with My Clinic, with touches of magenta incorporated in the baby sector. The retail area is further enhanced by high-end metal gondolas (with no Plexiglas, as specified by the clients) featuring beauty products (model RAL 8).

In the OTC area, we have incorporated our new-generation prescription counters, which feature connected privacy screens. There are a total of nine such counters, designed to ensure that patients can discuss their private therapies in a setting that prioritizes their privacy and comfort, including accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Moreover, the Simon2 counter serves not only as a functional piece but also as a stylish addition to the pharmacy’s interior. It embodies a customer-centered approach, allowing pharmacists to work comfortably while having convenient access to all integrated technologies, designed in a smart and customizable manner.
