The partnership between Farmacia Lapucci and Sartoretto Verna™ has lasted for over twenty years, a testament to shared growth, vision, and continuous innovation.
The goal of this fifth renovation was to completely renew the pharmacy, enhancing its legacy while reinterpreting it in a contemporary way.
The challenge was to transform a well-known and appreciated space into an environment that is even more functional, experiential, and people-centered, harmoniously integrating health, aesthetics, and prevention.
Today, Farmacia Lapucci stands as a true point of reference for the entire community of Fiano Romano — a place where professionalism, care, and design coexist in perfect balance, telling the story of a relationship built on trust over time.
CONCEPT
The new Sartoretto Verna™ concept is based on a clear vision: giving shape to trust.
Every intervention and design detail was conceived to strengthen the connection between pharmacist and customer, making the experience more welcoming, intuitive, and engaging.
Among the most significant updates:
- The Kids Area, completely redesigned with a 3D visual display and a nursery rhyme replacing traditional category signage — stimulating children’s curiosity and turning their visit into a moment of play and discovery.
- The Dermocosmetics Department, expanded and renewed with great attention to product visibility and customer experience — a bright, elegant space reflecting the importance of skincare within the pharmacy’s offering.
- The upper floor, now transformed into a true Health Hub, featuring new beauty cabins and a dedicated area for specialist consultations and self-testing, providing a complete and personalized service.
The result is an evolved environment where design and functionality come together to tell the story of a pharmacy that grows alongside its customers, looking to the future with the same passion and trust that have guided it since 2000.
