The design concept starts with a highly distinctive feature: at the entrance, a visible galenic laboratory — enclosed by glass walls — proudly displays the pharmacy’s craftsmanship and expertise. Thanks to a special photosensitive film, the glass can be frosted when needed, ensuring privacy while turning an operational space into a symbol of trust and transparency.

The layout guides customers along a clear and pleasant pathway: product categories are well highlighted, with clearly displayed prices, enabling an independent and smooth shopping experience.

This journey is punctuated by focal elements that capture attention and enrich the experience: the cosmetics area, bathed in sophisticated lighting; the relaxation corner, where customers can enjoy a herbal tea or a refreshing product offered by the pharmacy; and private service areas, designed to discreetly and attentively meet the new needs of today’s customers.
