Malta: It is small but is going strong!

It’s opened the second pharmacy in Malta designed by Sartoretto Verna Srl it’s the st. Andrew Pharmacy and is located at Luqa, in the center of the country that hosts the Malta International Airport.
Here’s what Dr. Therese Visanich says to 2 ½ months after the conclusion of the renovation: “the project is going strong and everyone is complementing the work done for us.

St. Andrew pharmacy has been completely restored annexing additional 25sqm to the 30sqm initial.
The design maximizes the space and opened to the public throughout the exposure that before was either hidden or closed by windows. Moreover, all sectors have been made clear and readable by the client so that it can conveniently purchase some products independently.

The colors echo the sea colors and nature of the island, the warm beige of the sand and porous local stone is used in the floors, walls and in the make-up corner; the turquoise, the watergreen and the blue that illuminates the whole sectors of body care, oral hygiene and babys. Colors that do not get enough, and that blend with the natural surroundings creating a whole between outside and inside. Among the blue skies of continues spring of Malta and the ceiling of Pharmacy.
The functional part of the pharmacy was solved by inserting a back table with drawers for the fast rotation of the medecins, and a great exposure for OTC, supplements and vitamins, a small design sink behind the counter fulfills its dual purpose of offering a glass of ‘Water for those who require an analgesic and for the preparations. A small office and warehouse is divided by a glass door that separates the environment but not the light that passes inside through.

A small pharmacy but with everything needs to grow up and become big and considering the results Dr. Visanich is getting it will be very soon!
