When a pharmacy’s vision evolves from a simple point of sale to an integrated health and wellbeing hub, projects like the strategic restyling of Lapucci Pharmacy in Fiano Romano come to life.

This realization marks the fifth renovation signed by Sartoretto Verna™, the result of more than twenty years of collaboration — a story of trust, growth and continuous innovation.
Our role, as Pharmacy Business Architects, was to translate the owner’s entrepreneurial vision into functional, experiential spaces with a strong human value.

This was not a simple expansion, but the creation of a true #PharmaHub, where every area has been redesigned to offer an integrated experience of health, beauty and wellbeing.

The project

The main goal of this project was to completely renovate the pharmacy, preserving its bond with the local community while reinterpreting it to meet the contemporary needs of both customers and the market.

The challenge was to transform a familiar and beloved space into an even more functional, intuitive and welcoming environment, where people can follow a clear path through health, consultation and beauty.
Today, Lapucci Pharmacy stands as a point of reference for Fiano Romano, a place where design, professionalism and care coexist in perfect balance.

The new Sartoretto Verna™ concept is based on a clear vision: giving shape to trust through design and functionality.
Every detail — from the layout to the materials, up to the visual communication — was conceived to strengthen the relationship between pharmacist and customer.

THE 4 PILLARS OF THE PROJECT

CLEAR PATHWAYS
A clearly defined layout guides customers intuitively through departments and services, making navigation easy and encouraging discovery.

DEDICATED SPACES
Specific areas were designed for nutritional advice, beauty treatments and specialist consultations, turning the pharmacy into a multifunctional health hub.

PRIVACY & INTERACTION
The Sartoretto LEA® counter, positioned at the ideal distance, ensures confidentiality during consultations while fostering genuine dialogue with the customer.

EMOTION & FUNCTION
Artistic elements, diffused lighting and transparent sails create a bright, elegant and immersive atmosphere that inspires trust and wellbeing.

A NEW MODEL OF PHARMACY

The new Lapucci Pharmacy is not just an aesthetic restyling, but a physical platform designed to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Every design decision contributes to:

  • improving the client experience,
  • increasing departmental profitability,
  • reinforcing the pharmacy’s role as a local wellbeing hub.

Among the most distinctive spaces:

  • the Kids Area, redesigned with a 3D visual and a playful nursery rhyme instead of traditional signage, to engage children and make the visit enjoyable;
  • the Dermocosmetics Department, expanded and refined as a space for personalized advice and discovery;
  • the upper floor, now transformed into a real Health Hub, with beauty cabins and dedicated areas for specialist consultations and self-testing.
