Our design
aim is to satisfy the needs of the client
by optimising the use of the space through an appropriate use of cross-selling
and
developing techniques of visual merchandising while keeping within
the agreed budget.
Initially, you will be contacted by
one of our highly-specialised staff, all of whom have a degree in engineering or architecture and
who will draw up a
detailed plan of the building.
This
planning phase aims to ensure that the best use of the space
is made by carrying out a careful structural survey of
the building. This is done for extensions, major
renovations as well as completely new constructions.
The
planning process follows a precise and proven path:
Initial planning meeting: A needs evaluation is
undertaken, plans are discussed and you will be given an
introduction to the range of products and services offered
by Sartoretto Verna.
Planimetric
drawings of
the interior:
Two architects will undertake a detailed centimetre by
centimetre scale drawing of the building, completed
with the help of assistants or
high-precision laser instruments. This also includes a
photographical record of the existing building and its
complete reconstruction using CAD computer programmes
Review meeting - draft proposals: The project is outlined in
every detail during this important meeting. |
