Art. 13 of the Italian Law
675/96 attributes specific rights to
the person concerned. In particular, the person concerned

the origin of such data, as well as the logic and ends for
which such data was used.
Moreover, the person concerned can request their personal data
to be
destroyed or made anonymous; data violating the law to be blocked, updated,
corrected or added to. The person concerned can also oppose
the use of personal data for legitimate reasons.
