By Car:
Take the A1 Motorway until the GRA, Rome’s ring road.
Get off the GRA at exit no. 6, sign posted for “Flaminia, Tor di Quinto, Roma centro” and then follow the signs for “Corso di Francia”.
After the first “Erg” petrol station on the right-hand side of the “Via Flaminia”, merge into the right-hand lane, following signs for “Viale Cortina d’Ampezzo”.
Go straight ahead at the traffic lights and continue along the road until you reach a second “Erg” petrol station on your left-hand side. Straight afterwards, take a sharp left-hand turn up “Viale Cortina d’Ampezzo” and follow the road for around 1.2 miles/2 km. As soon as the road starts to descend, turn right into “Via Vallombrosa” and carry on until no. 38.
By train:
- Taxi: the tax rank is located in front of the station.
- Bus: take the A line of the metro and get off at the “Flaminia-Piazza del Popolo” stop. Take the n. 2 tram until the last stop, “Piazza Mancini” and then take the no. 446 bus until the stop in front of “S. Gabriele” Church.
By Airplane:
The Fiumicino Rome International Airport “Leonardo da Vinci” is connected to “Termini” Central Train Station in the city centre by a shuttle service that leaves every 10 minutes. The town of Fiumicino is also well connected to Rome via the motorway, so you may want to consider renting a car.
